Dependable Diesel and Car Care got me squared away several times with my f250. Previously they found a bad OEM part that I had just installed. I would've been chasing down the problem for a long time. Just took my truck in again last week and they performed all the needed work quickly. Had something minor I needed to bring it back in for and they got it fixed and back to me first thing the next morning. I will continue to bring my vehicles here and tell my buddies to do the same.

For my needs, 1997 Ford F350 7.3, I find this group to be extremely knowledgeable about these old trucks and their quirks. The entire staff seem dedicated to making sure you are well taken care of. They are happy to work with you on what repairs are necessary today and what can be done later. Never try to push unneeded repairs. Good communication. Very reputable shop.

The team at Dependable Diesel are everything you want in an auto shop and none of the things you don't. These folks have what other shops sometimes lack: trustworthiness. Lots of shops have talented techs and mechanics, but that means nothing if you can't trust them with your ride. They ordered the clutch kit I wanted and knocked out the job in a day and a half. While I try to do as much work on my cars as I can, some things require tools I don't have (like a lift) and I will undoubtedly take my cars and truck to Dependable Diesel for anything I can't do myself.
